  • Fixture Builder-Blaine, 1st and 2nd shifts available. You will be piecing together different products to create a fixture. The wood pieces will be already cut out from our laser. You will use wood, steel, pins, rule, foam & other materials to create a final tooling. Must be very comfortable using hand & power tools, need to be able to read a tape measure. Having woodworking, welding or mechanical background helps. There is a lot to this process, so a good memory helps. Pay is $18.00.
  • Rotary Rule Processor-Blaine, 2nd Shift (start time 1:00 pm).  In this position you open an electronic CAD file and run parts through a machine. Load and unload large rotary rule cassettes into processing machines, which bends & bridges the rule. Process rule parts ahead of time which will then be installed into a rotary cutting die. Throughout the process, monitor the machines. Must know how to use computers & be mechanically minded to run the machines. Pay is $18.50.

  • CNC Machine Operator-Stanchfield, 1st and 2nd shifts available. Willing to train, looking for at least 1+ years shop experience. Pay is $19.00+/DOQ
  • Tool Crib Attendant-Pine City, 1st Shift (6:00 - 3:30).  Requires previous experience as a machine operator, as they will also perform machine set-ups Should have knowledge of reading tools (gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc)   Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of all tools, equipment, and supplies in the tool crib. Perform regular inventory counts and update records as needed.  Tool Issuance and Return: Issue tools and equipment to manufacturing personnel as needed. Ensure that all tools are returned and properly stored after use. If necessary, locate tools in the department to verify condition.  Tool Maintenance: Inspect tools and equipment for wear and damage. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed. Ensure all necessary clamping or fixturing is available and in functional condition.  Inspection Preset: work with the inspection department to gather all necessary inspection equipment for any job.  Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned or required.   • Welding-Pine City, 1st Shift (6:00 - 3:30).  Welding experience required, and must pass the welding test to be eligible for employment  Operate various welding equipment (including Mig and Tig) proficiently to join and fabricate metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and welding procedures.  Perform complex and critical welds on a variety of metals and thicknesses.  Read and interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols to understand weld requirements.  Set up and adjust welding equipment parameters to achieve optimal weld quality.  Select the appropriate filler metals and welding processes based on the specific project requirements.  Clean and prepare weld surfaces using grinding, chipping, and brushing techniques.  Conduct visual inspections of completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and identify defects.  May perform basic weld repairs to correct minor imperfections.  Assist with training and mentoring less experienced welders.  Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.  Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned or required.   • Warehouse-North Branch, 1st Shift (7:00-3:30).  Prior warehouse experience and working with trucks/loading is preferred. Pay is $18.00+/DOQ.

  • Mechanical Assembly- Rush CIty, 1st Shift (8:00 - 4:30).   • Shop Helper/Machine Operator-North Branch, 1st Shift (6:00 - 4:30).  Ideally, looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, able to troubleshoot and some production background. These individuals could be doing anything from helping in shipping, machine operation, sorting parts, gauging parts, etc. Pay is $22.00+/DOQ.
  • Process Support Engineer (direct hire position)-North Branch, 1st Shift (6:00 - 4:30).  The Process Support Engineer is responsible for developing processes to ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost requirements are met. The Process Support Engineer troubleshoots problems with production and identifies and leads the implementation of manufacturing process improvements. Responsible for satisfying customers by meeting specifications and delivery requirements while pursuing continual improvement and achievement of established Company goals.   • Machine Set-up-North Branch,1st Shift  (6:00 - 4:30 ).  The Setup Cold Heading is responsible for performing machine setups, changeovers, troubleshooting, and process adjustments on cold heading and metal forming equipment within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role ensures equipment is properly tooled and aligned to produce parts that meet customer specifications, internal quality standards, and production targets. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in cold heading or related metal forming operations, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to independently perform setups while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsible for satisfying customers by meeting specifications and delivery requirements while pursuing continual improvement and achievement of established Company goals. Pay is $35.00+/DOQ. 
  • Maintenance Machinist-North Branch, 1st Shift (6:00 - 4:30).  • Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production and related services. • Must be able to be flexible to stop working on a project when production equipment goes down and needs to be fixed. • Diagnose and repair machine malfunctions and operating difficulties both mechanically and electrically. • Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics reading the schematics. • Make or purchase components and make repairs to keep production equipment operating. • Rebuild machines and overhaul troublesome components and attachments involving dismantling, inspection, machining or replacement of purchased parts. • Perform various activities relative to the installation and relocation of existing machines and equipment to involving dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and aligning operations. • Ensure maintenance on WCS’s buildings, facilities, and grounds is performed. • Work with outside contractors on repairs of the facility. • Perform preventive maintenance on defined pieces of equipment such as washers, air compressor, etc. • Contact OEM and replacement parts distributors, to obtain required parts. Candidates must be able to set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes and mills, including Citizen and Tsugami lathes, Index multi-spindle lathes, and Robo Drills, to produce precision components. Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment, such as microscopes, micrometers, calipers, and CMMs, to ensure parts meet specifications. Perform offsets and tooling adjustments to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime, ensuring efficient production runs.
