  •  Machine Maintenance-Fridley, 1st Shift (6:00 - 2:30), with occasional OT to include Saturdays. Pay is $19.00+/DOQ. Looking for someone that has limited experience but is mechanically inclined and willing to learn. 
  • Advanced Quality Inspector-Minneapolis, 1st Shift (M-Th 6:00 - 4:30). Perform complex inspections using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and vision systems. Lead final and in-process inspections, ensuring all parts meet customer requirements. Review and approve quality documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.  Train and mentor beginner and intermediate inspectors. Work with engineering and production teams to improve quality processes. Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.   • Brake Press-Blaine, 1st shift ( M-Th-6:00 - 3:00 and  F-6:00 - 10:00) ,  Must have setup experience. Drug test and background check required for this position. Pay is $28.00 
  • General Warehouse-New Hope, 1st Shift (7:00 - 4:30). General warehouse, order picking, Amazon experience a plus. Pay is $18.00+/DOQ.
  • Specialty Parts Tech-Minneapolis, 1st Shift (M-TH 6:00 - 4:30).  Completing parts packaging per customer requirements • Handling parts in a delicate manner that prevents damage • Maintaining a clean environment for part handling/storage/packing • Sorting parts either aided (scopes, lights, etc.) or unaided • Run production parts as needed (punch press or shear) • Aid in determination of nonconformances in a production run or through the packing phase  
  • Visual Inspection-Minneapolis, 1st Shift (6:00 - 2:30). Sitting position that requires basic computer skills, good vision and steady hands. Bi-lingual-Hmong is a plus. Pay is $18.00.
  • CNC Machinist, 1st shift (flexible hours, open 5:00am - 2:30am) Experienced CNC machinist to set up and operate a Fanuc controlled CNC turning center lathe for light production runs. Preferred experience to include lathe setup and run as well as other Fanuc control lathes used for secondary operations. Pay is $23.00+/DOQ

Positions: 

  • Cutter Machine Operator-Elk River, 1st Shift (7:00 - 3:30). Set up and operate cutter machines. Additional duties would include helping out in QC Inspection. Must have worked in a QC environment. Pay is $18.00.
  • Janitorial-Elk River, Shift is open and flexible. Basic janitorial duties: cleaning breakrooms, bathrooms, emptying trash and vacuuming. Pay is $18.00+/DOQ.
  • Quality Control Technician-Elk River, 1st Shift (7:00 - 3:30).  CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspection of precision machine parts including reading blueprints, material specification, and interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances. Creation and ownership of inspection and quality reports. Understand and adhere to the processes compliant with the Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015. Complete first article inspection and documentation as instructed or needed. Using inspection measurement tools, analyze and resolve process and machinery issue that impact performance. Discuss inspection results with machinist. Assist with administration of the calibration system. Monitor quality performance of rejects, scrap, rework and implement improvements.   •  Industrial Painter-Big Lake, 1st Shift (6:30 -3:00). Knowledge of epoxies and polyurethane, hoping to also find someone with sand blasting knowledge.  - Apply paint coatings to various components following specified techniques.  - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers or sealers  - Operate painting spray guns to complete projects efficiently  - Ensure all painted surfaces meet quality standards and specifications. Pay is $26.00+/DOQ 
  • Mig & Tig Welder-Elk River, 1st Shift (8:00 - 4:30).  Previous MIG/TIG welding experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to read a tape measure Willingness to submit to a background check Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Ability to walk/stand up to 8 hours per day with or without reasonable accommodations.   • Mastercam Programmer-Ramsey, 1st Shift (6:00 - 4:00). Program/operate vertical, horizontal, and 5-axis CNC machines Utilize Mastercam CAM software Operate manual machines (grinders, saws, lathes) as necessary Provide inspection using micrometers, calipers and other precision tools Interpret and apply GD&T from engineering drawings Requirements: Experience in CNC machining and programming Proficient in Mastercam Working knowledge of vertical, horizontal, and 5-axis machining centers Expertise in GD&T and blueprint interpretation.   • CNC Lathe/Mills-Becker, 1st shift (5:00 - 1:30).  Looking for a "floater" machine operator. Need to be able to read blueprints and float between mill/lathe machines. Doesn't necessarily need setup experience. Pay is $26.00 - 30.00/DOQ. 
  • Welder-Big Lake, (1st Shift 6:30 - 3:00). Mig and Tig welding. 
  • Swiss Operators-Elk River, 2nd Shift (M-TH 4:30 - 3:00).  Set up and run CNC Swiss Lathes. Pay is $20.00/DOQ
  • Deburring-Elk River, 1st Shift (6:00 - 2:30).  Metal deburring and finishing. May be doing some parts washing. Need to be comfortable using inspection tools. Pay is $17.00 - 20.00/DOQ.
  • Shipping & Receiving-Elk River, 1st Shift (8:00 - 4:30). We are looking for someone with shipping/receiving experience. No weight restrictions. Computer experience with UPS/Fed Ex and International Shipping. Pay is $19.00.  
  • Plastic Injection Q.C. Technician-Rogers, 3rd Shift (11:00 - 9:00). Must have quality control and plastic injection molding experience. Pay is $18.00 - 20.00/DOQ.
  • Weekend QC and CNC-Elk River, 2nd Shift (Friday - Sunday 4:30 -2: 30, work 36 hours and get paid for 40).  Conduct mechanical and visual inspections, reporting and isolating non-conforming product Perform in-process inspections and document findings as required Inspect finished products to determine conformance through inspections to specifications; conducting visual and dimensional testing; creating rejections for nonconforming products and confirming re-work. Positions:

  • CNC Machine Operator-Stanchfield, 1st and 2nd shifts available. Willing to train, looking for at least 1+ years shop experience. Pay is $19.00+/DOQ
  • Production Planner/Coordinator-Pine City, 1st Shift, hours can be flexible.  Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain daily, weekly and master production schedules based on customer demand, capacity and material availability • Sequence work orders to maximize efficiency, minimize changeovers and meet delivery commitments • Adjust schedules in real time to address material shortages, labor constraints, equipment downtime or priority changes • Communicate schedule changes clearly to manufacturing supervisors and stakeholders • Coordinate with Purchasing and Inventory Control to ensure materials are available to support the production schedule • Act as the primary scheduling liaison between Sales, Customer Service and Manufacturing • Provide clear production status updates, ship dates and recovery plans when delays occur • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling accuracy, workflow and throughout.   • 1st CNC Machinist-Stanchfeild, 1st Shift (7:00- 3:30). Candidates must be able to set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes and mills, including Citizen and Tsugami lathes, Index multi-spindle lathes, and Robo Drills, to produce precision components. Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment, such as microscopes, micrometers, calipers, and CMMs, to ensure parts meet specifications. Perform offsets and tooling adjustments to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime, ensuring efficient production runs. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex machining issues, implementing effective solutions to maintain production quality and efficiency. Complete detailed documentation related to quality inspection standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance machining processes and improve overall quality. Pay is $23.00-30/DOQ
  • Assistant Machine Operator, 1st Shift (M-Th 6:00 - 4:30). Entry level, assist Machine Operators running presses.
  • CNC w/ set-up-Pine City, 1st Shift (6:00 - 3:30). Duties include, but are not limited to: Set up, adjust, and operate machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations. Work from drawings, schematics, blueprints to machine parts using machine tools such as turning machines, boring and drilling machines, grinders, and lathes.   • CNC Machine Operator-Pine City, 1st Shift (6:00 - 3:30).  The Machinist II position requires a solid understanding of CNC operations, the ability to perform complex setups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards are met. Duties/Responsibilities: Set up, adjust, and operate machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations.   • Shipping/Receiving-Stanchfield, 1st Shift (8:30 - 5:00).  Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality. Process outgoing orders by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently and meet deadlines. Pay is $17.00+/DOQ.
  • Saw Operator-Cambridge, 1st Shift (6:00 - 2:30). Operate and maintain saw equipment, including band saws, cold saws, and abrasive saws, to cut metals to specified dimensions. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications to ensure accurate cutting. Set up saw machines, adjust feed rates, blade speeds, and angles for optimal performance Inspect and measure cut materials using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure adherence to tolerances. Identify and report material defects or inconsistencies that may impact weld quality. Maintain saw blades, lubricate moving parts, and perform routine machine maintenance to ensure peak performance. Follow industry safety and quality control protocols, including AS9100 and NADCAP standards. Work closely with welders, fabricators, and engineers to optimize material preparation for welding processes. Pay is $20.00
  • General Labor-Pine City, 1st Shift (M-Th 7:15 -4:00, F 7:15 - 2:45). Entry Level, Able to use drill, wrench, screwdriver, wire cutters, and dependable.  Pay is $15.00.
  • Warehouse-North Branch, 2nd Shift (3:00 -11:30). Duties would include pulling, wrapping, and placarding finished products, forklift operation, labeling bags, and general Warehouse work and cleaning. Pay is $18.00.
