  •  Machine Maintenance-Fridley, 1st Shift (6:00 - 2:30), with occasional OT to include Saturdays. Pay is $19.00+/DOQ. Looking for someone that has limited experience but is mechanically inclined and willing to learn. 
  • Shipping/Receiving-Fridley, 1st Shift (6:00 - 2:30),  We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a busy foundry environment. This position requires experience operating a sit-down forklift and handling shipping and receiving duties in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities: • Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently • Move, organize, and prepare castings for shipment • Load and unload trucks • Maintain delivery schedules and shipping paperwork • Verify incoming and outgoing materials • Keep shipping and receiving areas organized and safe Requirements: • Previous shipping & receiving experience preferred • Sit-down forklift experience required. Pay is $18.00+/DOQ.
  • Rotary Knifing-Blaine, 2nd shift 1:00 - 9:30.  Inserting rule into the die board using automated rule bending machine, sometimes requires hand "finish bending" with numerous pneumatic and/or hand tools. The knife is secured into a die by pounding it with a mallet. This job requires upper body strength & must be able to hammer all day. Pay is $18.50.
  • Swiss CNC Machinist (Set-up)-Saint Anthony.   *Direct Hire* Set-up Swiss CNC machines Operating Swiss CNC machines. Perform quality inspection on completed parts Perform preventative maintenance on Swiss CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance. Complete tool changes Troubleshoot production problems and implement solutions. Determine/verify appropriate tooling for use in machining and manufacturing operations. Pay is $30.00+/DOQ.
  • CNC Programmer-Jordan, 1st Shift (6:00 -4:30).  This full-time position involves creating tool paths from CAD models necessary to build foundry patterns/tooling, running manual and CNC equipment, interfacing directly with customers to ensure compliance with design requirements, tolerances and specifications, and coordinating with team members to build tooling. Job Requirements: • Proficient in MasterCam • Experience with a variety of manual and CNC machining equipment (emphasis on Haas) • Experience with other shop equipment (band saws, table saws, drill presses, etc.) • Create tool paths from 3D Models • Preferred sand casting/mold making background • Willing to learn 3D modeling Foundry experience a plus but not necessary. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at one time • Work independently and as a team • Strong communication skills • Experience with Haas CNC machining centers • Understanding of Mastercam • Strong problem-solving skills • Proficient with Excel, word, outlook. Pay is $25.00+/DOQ.
  • Fixture Builder-Blaine, 1st and 2nd shifts available. You will be piecing together different products to create a fixture. The wood pieces will be already cut out from our laser. You will use wood, steel, pins, rule, foam & other materials to create a final tooling. Must be very comfortable using hand & power tools, need to be able to read a tape measure. Having woodworking, welding or mechanical background helps. There is a lot to this process, so a good memory helps. Pay is $18.00.
  • Rotary Prep-Blaine, 2nd Shift (start time 1:00 pm).  Using tools like hammers, drills, and sanders, and air hammers to prepare the die before measuring. Mounting the die up on a cylinder to measure the dimensions (requires a little bit of computer work but it's quite simple) Documenting the measurements on the order. Eventually the prep department will need to know how to Jig dies, and weld dies as well. We will train them. Pay is $18.50.
  • CNC Machinist (Setup/Production)-Minneapolis. *Direct Hire*   · Set-up, run, edit, and perform off-sets of CNC Lathe / Milling machines · Read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer, Micro-Vu programs · Complete tool changes · Maintain production rates · Maintain a high level of quality · Collect SPC data to maintain process control · Perform preventative maintenance on machines to insure consistent machine performance. Pay is $28.00+/DOQ.
  • Account Executive-Columbia Heights, 1st Shift (7:30 - 4:00). We are looking for someone to join our Sales Team. Qualified candidates must have solid Customer Service and Computer Skills. Pay is DOQ.

  • Warehouse-Ramsey, 1st shift (8:00 - 4:30).  Primary Responsibilities • Package products for customer and distributor orders • Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Break down cardboard and assist with recycling • Perform light mechanical assembly and product preparation • Work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.   • Industrial Painter-Big Lake, 1st Shift.  - Apply paint coatings to various components following specified techniques.  - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers or sealers  - Operate painting spray guns to complete projects efficiently  - Ensure all painted surfaces meet quality standards and specifications  - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of painting materials and equipment  - Collaborate with team members to coordinate painting schedules and project timelines. Pay is $26.00+/DOQ.
  • Shipping/Receiving/Material Handler-Elk River, 1st Shift (6:00 - 2:30). Must have extensive shipping and receiving experience along with material handler experience. Epicore Software is a huge plus. Must have a strong attention to detail. Pay is $28.00+/DOQ.
  • Quality Inspector-Elk River, 1st Shift (7:00 - 3:30).  Entry Level Position: Preferred experience but not required:  QC 10 pin gauge Snap gauge Microscope. Ability to read ruler. Count and Visually inspec.t Will train. May be asked to perform other duties such as, but not limited to: Sweeping, clean up, stuffing envelopes and other misc. duties. Pay is $18.00.
  • Welder/Fabricator-Ramsey, 1st Shift (6:00 -4:00).  Must have experience with Mig/Tig and Fabrication. Pay is $24.00+/DOQ.
  • Machine Operator-Elk River, 2nd Shift (2:00 -10:00).  The primary responsibility of this position is the bending, cutting, fabricating, and folding of sheet metal to create components used to assemble the finished product. Each job must be run with safety, accuracy and timeliness in the production area. Pay is $20.00+/DOQ.
  • Class B CDL-Elk River, 1st Shift (6:00 - 4:00).  Key Responsibilities:  Operate a commercial vehicle, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of materials. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Comply with all DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the mixer truck. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Qualifications:  Valid CDL Class A license. Pay is $26.00+/DOQ.
  • Quality Control Technician-Elk River, 1st Shift (7:00 - 3:30).  CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspection of precision machine parts including reading blueprints, material specification, and interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances. Creation and ownership of inspection and quality reports. Understand and adhere to the processes compliant with the Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015. Complete first article inspection and documentation as instructed or needed. Using inspection measurement tools, analyze and resolve process and machinery issue that impact performance. Discuss inspection results with machinist. Assist with administration of the calibration system. Monitor quality performance of rejects, scrap, rework and implement improvements. Conduct final inspection audit of completed parts.  Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Pay is $20.00+/DOQ.
  • Mastercam Programmer-Ramsey, 1st Shift (6:00 - 4:00). Program/operate vertical, horizontal, and 5-axis CNC machines Utilize Mastercam CAM software Operate manual machines (grinders, saws, lathes) as necessary Provide inspection using micrometers, calipers and other precision tools Interpret and apply GD&T from engineering drawings Requirements: Experience in CNC machining and programming Proficient in Mastercam Working knowledge of vertical, horizontal, and 5-axis machining centers Expertise in GD&T and blueprint interpretation. Pay is $25.00 - 38.00/DOQ.
  • Swiss Operators-Elk River, 2nd Shift (M-TH 4:30 - 3:00).  Set up and run CNC Swiss Lathes. Pay is $20.00/DOQ
  • Deburring-Elk River, 1st Shift (6:00 - 2:30).  Metal deburring and finishing. May be doing some parts washing. Need to be comfortable using inspection tools. Pay is $17.00 - 20.00/DOQ.

  • Automatic Screw Machinist-North Branch, 1st Shift. Operate and maintain automatic screw machines to produce high-volume precision parts  - Set up tooling, adjust feeds/speeds, and monitor machine performance  - Read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure part accuracy  - Troubleshoot issues to maintain consistent quality and production flow  - Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, efficient work area.   • CNC-Isanti, 1st Shift (5:00 -3:00).  Must have knowledge of CNC machining operations typically gained through technical schooling or a minimum 2 years work experience.·CNC Operation and Set-up skills Read blue prints, including GD&T, and inspecting parts to verify conformance to print · Team player, gets along with all levels of the organization · Supports company goals and policies.   • Warehouse-Stanchfield, 2nd Shift.  *material handler *inventory control *handling scrap *forklift **other warehouse duties as assigned. Pay is $18.00+/DOQ.
  • 1st CNC Machinist-Isanti, 1st Shift (7:00- 3:30). Candidates must be able to set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes and mills, including Citizen and Tsugami lathes, Index multi-spindle lathes, and Robo Drills, to produce precision components. Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment, such as microscopes, micrometers, calipers, and CMMs, to ensure parts meet specifications. Perform offsets and tooling adjustments to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime, ensuring efficient production runs. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex machining issues, implementing effective solutions to maintain production quality and efficiency. Complete detailed documentation related to quality inspection standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
